Hamriyah offers a low budget licensing solution with maximum visas. This Free Zone is located in 40 minutes drive from Dubai and has its own sea port. Hamriyah offers a 10 sq. meters separate office, instead of flexi-desk, with any licensing.
Every UAE and Dubai Free Zone Company has its own types of licenses.
Sometimes the only difference are the name of the licenses because the activities they offer are the same.
Some Free Zones make a difference between “Trading” and “Commercial” licenses, but others combine both licenses under the term of “Trading”.
This license allows you to import, export and trading. Directly trade with UAE market is not allowed. In order to trade with UAE you have to appoint a distributor or a registered agent. This kind of sales have to applied a sales import tax. You can run activities such as repairing, maintenance, contracting, renting, restaurants, shops and many others.
With this license you can carry out the professional services specified on the license. It can be any type of business, consultancy, management or professional services including even real estate consulting. You also can develop activities as event organization, advertising, cleaning services and others.
A Industrial License allows the importation of raw materials, the manufacturing of specified products and the exportation of a finished product. There is also a National Industrial License for manufacturing companies with at least 51% of Arabian Gulf Co-operation Council ownership. This National Industrial License allows the owner the same status as a local or AGCC inside the UAE.
This license allows you to operate e-commerce business like online services or trading.
This type of license allows you to run logistic services like Cargo (sea, land, air), storage, warehousing, packing, distribution or transshipment.
The Freelance Permit allows you the possibility of working as a freelance professional. This permit identifies you as a sole practitioner and allows you to run business in your own name instead of a brand name.

It depends on the Free Zone. It is possible to register a company in some Free Zones without your presence. In these cases a copy of a recent entry stamp to UAE from your passport is needed. A Power of Attorney that enabling us to act on your behalf is another way to register a company.
